The buildings featured a rustic covered portico and flexible floorplans for building owners to choose from. Reflecting a demand in the Phoenix office market, the units were sold on a fractional unit basis.
RAINTREE CORPORATE CENTER is a 45-acre mixed use property located at Loop 101 and Raintree Drive in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The first phase was comprised of two 130,000 square feet single-story office buildings and eleven single-story office condos totaling 96,000 square feet. Construction on the two office buildings began in October 1997 and was completed in December 1998. Construction on a second phase of eleven office condos began in April 1999 and was completed in February 2000.
The second phase of development consisted of two 3-story office buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet, complete with parking garages for both buildings. These buildings are leased to a variety of tenants including a premier Valley homebuilder, mortgage company, and real estate brokers.
Phases three and four comprised of two Class A office buildings totaling over 700,000 square feet including parking. The total construction budget was in excess of $40,000,000.
LOGAN MILLS AT THE RIDGES, the only active adult community in Omaha, Nebraska, Logan Mill at The Ridges consisted of 129 custom home lots. This gated property combined membership to the adjoining Shadow Ridge County Club, innovative home designs, and maintenance-free landscaping to provide an extremely desirable lifestyle for the 55+ community. Custom homes sold from $200,000 to $350,000.
